Job Description As a Lead Data Migration Consultant, you will be responsible for overseeing the migration of data from various sources to our unified platform. Your team will work closely with functional consultants and key customer resources to gather requirements through workshops, build conversion objects, and drive value throughout all data project phases. You will ensure that your team uses data skills and the Syniti data management platform to assess and iterate through design, build, and deployment, ensuring the highest customer value is derived from assigned objects. About the Role This role has been designated as a remote position, allowing qualified talent throughout the listed country to be considered for the opportunity. The successful candidate will execute against best practices for successful business transformation and become skilled in the strongest platform to meet all of our customer's needs. You will be working on end-to-end data loads and reconciliations, executing project plans, and managing a small team of data migration consultants. Key Responsibilities Demonstrate strong understanding of Syniti's Data Migration methodology. Demonstrate proficiency in Syniti's tools, working to prescribed development standards. Effectively manage a small team of data migration consultants, to meet assigned responsibilities against the overall project plan. Evaluate and contribute to ongoing data migration design for assigned process area through data analysis, reporting and collaboration with on-site colleagues. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: Degree level qualification in Computer Science (or other technology related field). Experience in ETL / Data Migration / Data Quality / Data Analysis. Functional ERP experience. Project experience across multiple ERP implementations.
