Job Overview This role focuses on providing top-notch after-sales support to clients, ensuring their equipment operates seamlessly. We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an After-Sales Engineer. Collect and analyze equipment fault information, including historical data and recordings, to provide insightful reports to the regional supervisor. Inspect arrived goods and obtain client signatures for receipt. Analyze replacement spare parts requirements, identify reasons for needed replacements, and submit detailed reports to the regional supervisor. Offer comprehensive maintenance and follow-up support for key client projects. Collaborate with R&D teams to execute tasks, estimate completion times, and report back to the regional supervisor. Develop accurate forecasts of on-site spare parts demand (3 months in advance) and present findings to the regional supervisor. Key Requirements Prior experience in Electrical, Automation, Mechatronics, or related fields is essential. Previous experience in PV, BESS industry, and equipment electrical expertise, after-sales service, on-site operation, and related fields is required. Able to travel frequently due to project requirements. Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong problem-solving skills and dedication to finding solutions. Excellent knowledge of Power Electronics and MV electrical equipment.
