Job Title: Data Architect We are seeking a skilled Data Architect to join our team. Focused on leveraging major cloud platforms such as AWS for efficient data processing. A strong background in modern data architectures, including data lakes, lakehouses, and hubs is essential. With experience in ingestion tools like Kafka and AWS Glue, our ideal candidate should also be proficient in formats including Iceberg and Parquet. Proficiency in SQL-based frameworks and orchestration tools such as dbt, Glue, and Airflow is required. The ideal candidate should have experience with SCD and schema evolution, as well as proficiency in Python. Experience with Spark for transformation, streaming, tuning, and debugging using the Spark UI is necessary. DevOps practices including code management, CI/CD, and deployment are crucial for this role. Additionally, understanding of governance principles such as quality, privacy, and security is necessary.
