Position Overview: ServiceNow Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Consultant to work remotely with our global client base. This role requires a ServiceNow expert capable of tailoring, deploying, and optimizing the platform to meet client-specific needs. You’ll be instrumental in enabling clients to maximize ServiceNow’s potential, providing insights, configuration support, and expertise that align with their objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Platform Customization : Configure and customize ServiceNow modules to align with client requirements.
  • Consultative Support : Engage with clients to understand their processes, providing recommendations for improved workflows and automation.
  • Integration Management : Facilitate the integration of ServiceNow with other platforms, ensuring seamless and secure data transfer.
  • User Training & Documentation : Develop training resources and documentation to help clients utilize ServiceNow effectively.
  • Continuous Improvement : Stay updated with ServiceNow advancements, recommending features and updates to improve client efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Experience : 5+ years of ServiceNow consulting experience, with a strong background in platform customization and implementation.
  • Technical Skills : Proficiency in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM; scripting and workflow automation knowledge.
  • Consulting Skills : Ability to translate technical requirements into strategic solutions, excellent communication, and client engagement skills.
  • Language : Fluency in English is essential; Portuguese proficiency is a plus.
