As a senior software engineer, you will play a key role in building and scaling our core product from the ground up. Our AI-powered healthcare assistant aims to simplify insurance, billing, and answer questions for people in need. About the Role This is an opportunity to work on major features and collaborate with founders on product direction and architecture. Responsibilities Design, build, and deploy high-quality features across the full stack: React/Next.js, Python, PostgreSQL. Work closely with the founding team to shape our engineering culture, tools, and best practices. Develop intuitive UIs and AI-driven workflows that meet user needs. Requirements 5+ years of experience in production-grade software development with a strong track record of delivering results. Proficiency in React/Next.js (React Native is a plus) and ability to adapt to new technologies. Experience with Python on the backend and comfortable with PostgreSQL. A builder who enjoys solving complex problems and can thrive in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with AI tools to boost productivity and ability to balance speed with quality. Bonus Points Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in a small, fast-moving startup environment.
