Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive sales project coordinator to support our sales department from start to finish. This role ensures sales opportunities flow smoothly into well-coordinated projects—managing communication, documentation, scheduling, and follow-ups while supporting both clients and internal teams. Assist sales representatives by coordinating all project details from inquiry to proposal preparation. Develop quotes, proposals, supporting documents, and client communications for successful project outcomes. Review project scopes to ensure clarity, accuracy, and completeness of project information. Develop project timelines, schedules, and task lists to manage project progress effectively. Coordinate with operations, technicians, vendors, and subcontractors to deliver projects on time. Monitor project progress and proactively resolve delays or issues that may impact project success. Ensure materials, equipment, and resources are prepared on time to meet project deadlines. Provide clear updates to clients regarding project status, schedules, and next steps to maintain open communication channels. Translate technical details into simple, understandable information to facilitate effective client relationships. Maintain positive client relationships and support repeat business through excellent customer service skills. Act as the communication link between sales, operations, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
