The role of the Compliance Officer is crucial in ensuring that our organization operates within the bounds of the law. Key responsibilities include coordinating and executing internal system projects, participating in the elaboration of documentation, design, and testing, and working with stakeholders to obtain necessary approvals before implementing changes in Compliance systems. Additionally, the position involves elaborating ad-hoc analyses with the Compliance team, ensuring adherence to internal policies, data manipulation and analysis for reporting, reviewing metrics and reports issued by the Project & Analytics team, coordination with local and regional teams on risk assessment exercises, and execution of Tests and Quality Assurance reviews on Compliance processes and controls.
