Responsabilidades e atribuições
- Visão Estratégica: Definir e contribuir para a visão e estratégia dos produtos de vendas, assegurando que eles se alinhem com as tendências do mercado e maximizem a força e performance de vendas dos clientes.
- Gestão Operacional: Priorizar backlog, organizar iniciativas, descrever histórias e casos de uso. Liderar o desenvolvimento e a implementação de produtos no módulo de Vendas e novos produtos, coordenando prazos, riscos e interdependências com outros times. Análise constante de indicadores de saúde dos produtos: chamados, defeitos, incidentes, dúvidas e cSAT, propondo ações preditivas e corretivas para evolução do produto.
- Relacionamento Estratégico: Estabelecer e manter relações estreitas com clientes e parceiros estratégicos para compreender profundamente suas necessidades operacionais e administrativas, respondendo eficazmente com soluções apropriadas. Forte relacionamento e criação de planos de ações com a equipe de engenharia, service desk e customer success.
- Inovação e Adaptação: Inovar em processos de vendas, omnicanalidade, performance em vendas, uso da IA em recomendações e automação inteligentes nas jornadas de Pedidos, Precificação, Promoções, Mobilidade e Força de Vendas, KPIS de gestão de vendas. Coletar feedbacks constantes sobre usabilidade do produto, criando estratégias de melhoria contínua, redução de chamados, defeitos e aumento da satisfação no produto.
Requisitos e qualificações
- Formação superior completa em Administração, Economia, Tecnologia, Marketing ou áreas correlatas.
- Experiência mínima de 5 anos com produtos digitais de Vendas.
- Conhecimento em desenvolvimento e metodologias ágeis Scrum e Kanban.
- Experiência / atuando com gestão de projetos.
- Familiaridade com tecnologias mais modernas de soluções de Vendas (Pedidos de Vendas, orçamentos, Precificação, Venda Assistida e Indicadores de Vendas).
- Conhecimento de processos de Vendas em ERPs.
- Conhecimento no segmento Varejista, Atacadista ou Distribuidor.
Qualificações Desejadas:
- Experiência com produtos que utilizam Inteligência Artificial.
- Ter atuado em Implantação, Vendas, Marketing ou Customer Success.
- Ter certificação CSPO, PM3/TERA relativo a gestão de produtos digitais.
- Ter experiência em produtos de startups ou ter gerido próprio negócio.
