Job Title: Senior ServiceNow Developer We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our global team. This is a client-facing, hands-on development role requiring technical depth and clear communication. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications across multiple modules. Lead complex customizations using scripting and automation tools, including custom workflows, UI policies, client scripts, and business rules. Architect and implement REST/SOAP integrations, leveraging Integration Hub and ERP connectivity. Drive instance upgrades, performance optimization, and adherence to best practices. Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams, gathering requirements and delivering enterprise-scale solutions. Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical solutioning and architecture decisions. Stay up to date with ServiceNow releases and industry trends, recommending adoption to clients.
