Jandira SP, Brasil Ego Eimi Tempo inteiro

Remote - full or part-time Ego Eimi is building a global productivity ecosystem – software people actually love to use. We value agency, clarity, and adults who don't need hand-holding. We're looking for a Data & Analytics Specialist to turn messy, multi‐source data into clear dashboards and decision‐ready insights for us (and our clients). You're a doer who can own the work end‐to‐end—from pulling the data to explaining what it means and what to do next. This is a project‐based, long‐term collaboration (not a traditional full‐time job). You'll be paid per project, with a monthly budget per project. If you're efficient, you can handle 2–3 projects at once and increase your earnings accordingly. What you'll do Own analytics delivery end‐to‐end for the projects you take on: Translate business questions into analysis plans and measurable KPIs (north‐star metrics, guardrails, leading indicators). Ingest & prep data from spreadsheets, product databases, marketing platforms (e.g., GA4, Meta/Google Ads export, CRM) via SQL/Python or native connectors. Build reusable datasets (views, models, or lightweight ETL) and keep documentation tight (data dictionary, assumptions, freshness). Ship dashboards and reports that decision‐makers actually use—Tableau/Power BI/Looker Studio preferred; Excel/Google Sheets when fastest. Run funnel, cohort, and retention analyses; segment users; quantify drivers; and recommend actions. Design and evaluate A/B tests or pre/post experiments when appropriate; interpret results carefully (power, MDE, significance, lift). Create simple, written updates: what happened, why it matters, recommended next step. Work async, manage your own time, and proactively flag data quality issues or opportunities. No endless meetings. We just expect one message per workday: what you did yesterday, what you'll do today, and any blockers. You might be a great fit if you: Have hands‐on experience turning raw business data into dashboards and decisions (client or in‐house). Are fluent with SQL (joins, windows, CTEs), Excel/Sheets, and either Python (pandas) or a BI tool (Power BI / Tableau / Looker Studio). Can work with GA4/marketing exports or product data (events, tables, schemas). Are comfortable with cohort & retention, funnels, segmentation, and basic experimentation (t‐tests, nonparametric where needed). Can set up lightweight data pipelines (scheduled queries, dbt basics, or ELT in BigQuery/Snowflake/Redshift) when needed. Communicate clearly in writing: assumptions, caveats, and decision‐ready takeaways (not just charts). Share a public portfolio or anonymized examples showing: data sources, your approach, the artefacts (SQL, notebooks, dashboards), and business impact. We like working with people who: Act like owners, not task‐takers. Care about decision quality, not vanity metrics. Treat others with respect, honesty, and professionalism. How we work & how you get paid Engagement type: project‐based contractor/freelancer. Payment model: per project, with a monthly budget agreed upfront. Project length: usually longer than 1 month. Workload: you can take on multiple projects (e.g., 2–3) depending on your efficiency and results. Meetings: almost none. Communication is asynchronous, mostly in writing. If you want autonomy, hate micromanagement, and enjoy being judged by your results, you'll probably enjoy working with us. How to apply Apply through LinkedIn Easy Apply. If we like your profile, we'll reach out for your portfolio (if you haven't provided it) and a quick call. If you do well in the call, you'll get hired. Easy.
