Job Overview We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce expert to drive the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) of Salesforce projects. As a technical leader, you will provide guidance and ensure successful delivery of high-quality solutions. Key Responsibilities: Own and lead the SDLC of Salesforce projects, encompassing requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support. Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Design and implement customized solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), Visualforce, SOAP/Rest APIs, and declarative tools. Focus on Vlocity development with an emphasis on Enterprise Product Catalog (EPC)/CPQ, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures (IPs). Manage offshore team members and support existing Salesforce applications, including troubleshooting, bug fixing, and performance tuning. Provide technical leadership to junior developers, including planning, assigning, and reviewing their tasks, to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. Prioritize tickets based on urgency, impact, and business value in collaboration with stakeholders. Estimate effort and timelines for user stories and tasks to support effective sprint planning. Create sprints that balance workload and align with project timelines and objectives. Assign tasks to team members based on skillsets, availability, and delivery priorities. Conduct daily stand-up meetings to track progress, gather updates, and identify blockers. Liaise with the testing team to review test scenarios and support test planning activities. Coordinate with stakeholders for UAT, ensuring validation of functionality and obtaining final sign-off. Perform detailed code reviews and manage deployments using GitHub and Jenkins. Hold accountability for the successful delivery of assigned Salesforce solutions, meeting both technical and business expectations. Stay updated with Salesforce platform enhancements and proactively manage critical release updates.
