Job Overview We are seeking an exceptional professional to oversee the delivery of products to customers. This role involves strategic planning, collaboration, and problem-solving to ensure seamless execution of our logistics operations. Main Responsibilities Kanban Board Management: The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing tasks on our Kanban board, prioritizing work items, and identifying roadblocks to maintain our workflow efficiency. Task Definition & Refinement: This role requires strong analytical skills to review and write detailed task descriptions about new features, improvements, and bug fixes. The candidate must ensure problems are well-explained and solutions are testable and aligned with our product goals. Outcome Validation: After implementing new features or fixes, the successful candidate will verify whether they effectively solved the original problem and improved targeted user or business metrics.
