Email Marketing Expert required for a detail-oriented and hard-working role. As the Email Marketing Manager, you are a strategic thinker with an optimistic attitude that can easily wear many hats. You uphold our company's principles and values while adding to our unique culture. This is a strategic and executional role - we need someone who brings a wealth of domain expertise, gets the big picture, rolls up their sleeves and manages campaigns themselves. You're an authority in leading and optimizing outbound campaigns and have experience delivering results at scale. About the Role: Develop and execute impactful communication campaigns informed by a test-and-learn approach. Define the ideal consumer profile and plan to collect, grow, and segment data further over time. Broadly be responsible for multi-channel performance-based marketing. Collaborate with other channel owners to ensure consistent messaging across all performance marketing mediums. Be the main liaison with cross-functional partners. Required Skills and Qualifications: 5+ years of hands-on experience in email marketing strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting cycle. 3+ years of experience in using CRM and marketing automation tools. Strong analytical skills with a passion for experimenting via split tests. Strong communication and presentation skills. Excellent leadership skills with the confidence to lead and engage with cross-functional partners. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or associated studies. C1 or C2 English proficiency level.
