O profissional será responsável em prover soluções técnicas para novas features e dar o suporte necessário as features já existentes, afinal, nem tudo são flores.
Esperamos também que essa pessoa auxilie os outros membros do time em questões técnicas não esquecendo de fornecer a melhor solução para o negócio.
Algo que prezamos bastante é qualidade, isso inclui um código limpo e legível (clean code).
Também é desejável que o mesmo tenha um perfil intra-empreendedor, onde seus objetivos estejam alinhados com os objetivos da empresa, afinal, temos muito orgulho do que fazemos aqui
REQUISITOS E QUALIFICAÇÕES
Hard Skill
- Proficiência em linguagens de programação foco em GoLang e, desejavelmente, em Node.js ou Python.
- Competência em lidar com infraestrutura em nuvem, especificamente com AWS e gestão de infraestrutura como código usando Terraform.
- Conhecimento em sistemas de mensageria como Kafka e em arquiteturas orientadas a eventos.
- Experiência com bancos de dados, tanto relacionais quanto NoSQL.
- Habilidade em integrar e implementar pipelines de CI/CD utilizando GitHub Actions.
- Conhecimento em ferramentas de análise de qualidade de código como SonarCube.
- Experiência em Martech e conhecimento em FullStack com foco em Backend.
- Familiaridade com a documentação de projetos, preferencialmente utilizando Notion.
- Experiência em desenvolvimento de microserviços.
- Conhecimento em ferramentas de monitoramento como DataDog e New Relic.
- Compreensão do processo de gestão ágil de projetos, incluindo sprints, dailies, retrospectivas e refinamentos.
- Habituado com cultura de qualidade, promovendo testes cruzados, unitários e de integração.
