Key Position: Risk Management Specialist Job Summary: The organization seeks an experienced Risk Management Specialist to develop and implement a comprehensive risk management framework, ensuring the effective mitigation of operational and strategic risks. Responsibilities: Design and maintain an enterprise-wide risk management system to identify, assess, and monitor potential risks. Conduct thorough risk assessments to evaluate the likelihood and impact of various risks on business operations. Develop and implement policies and procedures to minimize exposure to financial and operational risks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices in risk management. Prepare and present regular risk reports to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations. Requirements: 7 years of experience in risk management, preferably in a financial or prudential institution. Strong understanding of Central Bank regulations and guidelines related to risk management. Expertise in market and liquidity risk frameworks, with a focus on collateral valuation and exposures. Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to distill complex information into actionable insights. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
