Architectural Designer (Level 2) — Revit/BIM Focused Remote (Full-Time) We’re a values-driven architecture studio based in Toronto, focused on heritage conservation, adaptive reuse, and resilient residential design. We work collaboratively across time zones and use technology to stay sharp, fast, and deeply engaged. The Role We’re hiring a Level 2 Architectural Designer who thrives in Revit and is comfortable working from design development through to construction drawings. You’ll take ownership of key project components, work directly with senior staff and clients, and bring care and clarity to every detail you produce. This is a remote, full-time role with flexible hours — but we work fast, and we expect a high level of autonomy, precision, and initiative. What You’ll Do Develop architectural designs in Revit across all project phases Produce clear, coordinated construction drawings and documentation Collaborate with team members across time zones in a highly visual workflow Participate in detailing, specifications, and code coordination Help integrate sustainability and reuse strategies into our drawings Occasionally support site coordination and permit application packages You Are: 5+ years into your architecture career Advanced in Revit (we mean fluent — not just functional) Deeply organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Comfortable juggling two projects at once Great at communicating visually and in writing (English required) Experienced with construction documents (Canadian or European context preferred) Bonus: experience in adaptive reuse, heritage projects, or energy retrofits Bonus: skilled in Lumion Qualifications: Bachelor or Master’s degree in Architecture Licensed or on the path to licensure Portfolio that shows strong design thinking and technical precision Legally eligible to work as an independent contractor Why Join Boldera?
