The position is responsible for the development and optimization of core modules, guiding team growth. Requires over 3 years of experience and proficiency in Java and mainstream development frameworks.
Job Responsibilities
1. Lead the architectural design and medium-to-long-term technical planning for Meituan Keeta's core business systems, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
2. Participate in system design and development of core modules for projects, ensuring on-time delivery.
3. Resolve critical issues and technical challenges in projects, continuously optimize architectures, and provide reasonable solutions and recommendations for complex business models.
4. Mentor and train junior engineers to enhance the team’s overall business and technical capabilities.
Basic Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or related fields, with at least 3 years of system development experience.
2. Proficient in Java and object-oriented design/development;
preference for candidates with experience analyzing source code of high-quality open-source software.
3. Familiar with common design patterns;
proficient in mainstream frameworks such as Springboot, SpringCloud, Mybatis, and Thrift.
4. Skilled in MySQL application development, database principles, and common performance optimization/scaling techniques;
knowledge of common NoSQL databases and their use cases.
5. High sense of responsibility and dedication, capable of solving technical challenges while proactively focusing on business needs to drive innovation through technology.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Knowledge in areas such as shopping guide ,transactions, orders, marketing growth, delivery fulfillment, CRM, merchant supply, etc., with internet industry experience (e.G., e-commerce, O2O business systems).
2. Participation or leadership in designing and developing large-scale complex distributed internet business systems, with experience in high-concurrency architecture design and stability assurance.
