Join a forward-thinking team as a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer in the development of an AI-native platform for power utilities. This role involves building and maintaining front-end applications, designing and implementing APIs and services, and integrating artificial intelligence models into back-end systems. Key Responsibilities: Front-End Development: Create and maintain high-quality front-end applications to deliver seamless user experiences Back-End Architecture & Development: Design and implement scalable back-end architectures and distributed systems that meet enterprise utility requirements AI Integration: Collaborate with AI engineers to integrate models and embeddings into back-end systems, ensuring production-ready outputs aligned with enterprise needs System Modernization: Transform legacy workflows into modern codebases using cloud-native best practices, ensuring scalability and security Security & Compliance: Partner with security leaders to ensure adherence to stringent regulations, implementing secure coding practices by default Required Skills and Qualifications: Excellent English communication skills, 5+ years of software engineering experience in SaaS or enterprise environments, strong proficiency in React, Python, and either Golang, Node.js, or Java (non-Golang developers will learn and adopt Golang on the job), demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality code in fast-moving teams, basic proficiency with AI/ML tooling, solid understanding of databases (SQL and NoSQL), message queues, and distributed architectures, and cloud-native engineering experience.
