Innovative Payment Products Manager

Role Summary This is a key leadership position that oversees the development and implementation of innovative payment products tailored to local markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving product strategies, collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing market trends, and ensuring successful delivery. About the Role We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead our payment product initiatives. As a Product Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping our product roadmap, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and effective go-to-market execution. Main Responsibilities Develop and execute product strategies based on market insights, customer needs, and industry trends; Collaborate with acquiring partners, issuers, payment institutions, and merchants to expand product adoption; Analyze market regulations, competitive landscape, and consumer behaviors to identify opportunities for innovation; Coordinate with cross-functional teams (technology, operations, legal, marketing, etc.) to ensure successful delivery and go-to-market execution; Monitor product performance and continuously optimize user experience and commercial results. Requirements Bachelor's degree or higher; Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the payments industry within Latin America; In-depth knowledge of mobile payments, e-commerce acquiring, electronic payments, QR code payments, or account-based payment systems; Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and product management skills across the full product lifecycle; Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, especially in multicultural environments; Languages: proficiency sufficient for business negotiations in English and Spanish; Experience working in international financial institutions, payment networks, or fintech companies preferred.
