Job Overview As a full stack Ruby on Rails developer, you will play a pivotal role in building software solutions for the vacation rental industry. With a focus on creating scalable and maintainable code, you will work closely with the CTO to break down large projects into manageable tasks and execute on those projects. Key Responsibilities Develop full stack code using Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, Tailwind CSS, and JavaScript, deploying it via Heroku. Collaborate with the CTO to plan and execute large-scale projects, breaking them down into smaller, shippable components. Design and implement API integrations with third-party software providers. Create intelligent scripts and integrations to automate WiFi management tasks. Review and contribute to pull requests on GitHub. Requirements 3+ years of experience as a full stack Ruby on Rails developer. Product-minded approach to software development, focusing on scalability, maintainability, and efficiency. Strong understanding of IoT, WiFi, and sophisticated API integrations. Desire to learn about business operations and gain exposure beyond coding.
