We are seeking a talented and experienced Salesforce Analyst PL with a focus on Financial Services Cloud implementations and customizations. As a Salesforce Analyst, you will be responsible for configuring and customizing Salesforce to meet the specific needs of financial industry companies, using best practices of Financial Services Cloud. You will collaborate with business and IT teams to understand requirements and translate them into efficient technical solutions. Additionally, you will perform business process analysis, identify opportunities for improvement and automation, and develop and implement workflows, validation rules, custom fields, and page layouts.

Responsibilities:

• Configure and customize Salesforce to meet the specific needs of financial industry companies, using best practices of Financial Services Cloud.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to understand requirements and translate them into efficient technical solutions.
• Perform business process analysis and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
• Develop and implement workflows, validation rules, custom fields, and page layouts.
• Conduct quality testing and ensure data integrity.
• Provide training and support to end users.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce and Financial Services Cloud updates and features.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Analyst, with a focus on Financial Services Cloud implementations and customizations.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration and customization, including workflows, validation rules, custom fields, and page layouts.
• Familiarity with financial industry processes and requirements.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Salesforce Administrator certification is desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
