Um técnico de field service é responsÃvel por realizar instalação, manutenção, e suporte de equipamentos ou sistemas em campo. Isso envolve diagnosticar problemas, substituir peças defeituosas, garantir a integridade operacional e fornecer suporte técnico no local para garantir o funcionamento adequado dos equipamentos de rede. Além de manter atualizada a documentação da rede.

What you'll be doing

Quais serão suas responsabilidades?

Realizar instalação, manutenção, e suporte de equipamentos que compõem a rede;

Diagnosticar e resolver problemas técnicos bÃsicos, no local;

Inspecionar e documentar o cabeamento de redes garantindo sua integridade operacional;

Fornecer suporte técnico presencial aos usuÃrios;

Interagir diretamente com os usuÃrios para entender suas necessidades;

Manter registros precisos das atividades realizadas e relatar problemas encontrados;

Colaborar com equipes internas (nível 2 e 3) para solucionar problemas;

Elaborar e manter atualizada a documentação da rede;

Atualizar-se constantemente sobre novas tecnologias e procedimentos relevantes para o campo de atuação;

Seguir padrões de segurança e procedimentos operacionais durante as intervenções;

Requisitos:

Formação técnica na Ãrea relevante;

Conhecimento em redes LAN/WLAN/WAN;

Conhecimento em firewalls;

Experiência em atividades de troubleshooting;

Habilidades diagnósticas para identificar e resolver problemas técnicos bÃsicos;

Capacidade de realizar instalações de equipamentos de forma eficiente;

Boa comunicação e habilidades interpessoais para interagir com equipe interna e com os usuÃrios;

Registro preciso de atividades e relatórios de serviço;

Atualização constante sobre avanços tecnológicos na Ãrea de atuação;

Requisitos desejÃveis:

  • Inglês;

  • Conhecimento de equipamentos dos fabricantes Cisco, Aruba (HP), Fortinet e Siemens (Scalance);

  • Bons conhecimentos em redes sem fio (wireless) Cisco;

    Habilitação para dirigir, quando necessÃrio para deslocamentos;
