Digital Factory Senior Analyst

Job Description:

The Digital Factory Senior Analyst provides functional and technical expertise on the Digital Twin area as in charge of design, development, deployment, further evolution and support of Global Applications products to business users, including ITIL Service Delivery process, Deliver Continuous Minor Improvement, minor projects Deployment roles and Service Introduction small project roles.

This position will always search for better and quicker delivery value back to our customers, based on Agile and DevOps ways of working and mindsets.

This role will be part of the Business Delivery Services team based in various hub sites globally and works to deliver as part of that global team.

• Proven leadership and influencing experience with key stakeholders
• Strong IT experience preferred on FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) industry. Experience on Digital Factory areas will be a plus.
• ITIL, PMI, Agile, DevOps, Scrum, Lean IT certifications will be a plus
• Understanding of the business operations processes in manufacturing
• Language: Fluent in English.

• Work with Solution Architects on technical improvements
• Control the Tech Operations KPIs and drive actions (scheduled and ad-hoc) to Improve the operations KPIs and deliveries.
• Engage other operation teams when is needed (for example: Platform, Database, Security, Processing, etc.)
• Assess results of POCs (effectiveness, performance, costs, etc) and recommend the best tools for implementation
