Warehouse Manager

As a Warehouse Manager youâll be responsible for managing third party logistics warehouse service provider(s), (=3PL), to meet customer's order expectations & requirements.

What youâll do

• KPIâs (WERC= warehouse benchmark).
• Rates and efficiency targets. 
• Change management.

• Responsible for having a proper and reliable forecasting process in place towards the 3PL. 
• Co-shape and lead the Hoshin of Logistics for the region. 
• Ensure strict 3PL compliance to Signifyâs: 

• Safety policies 
• 3PL should be responsible for safety program and compliance.
• Supply chain security policies and management of necessary documentation. 
• Global Trade & Customs regulations. 
• Quality standards, like ISO etc. 
• 3PL Should have their own ISO certificate, Signify quality dept to audit 3PL as a supplier.   

• Support the 3PL in understanding the Signify business, seek for maximum cooperation, and build a professional relationship. 
• Ensures close cooperation and alignment with F&D on contractual elements and change request process towards 3PL. 
• Supporting projects that are in line with the logistics strategy of Signify. 
• Proposes and leads continuous improvement (LEAN) initiatives to achieve service and cost objectives. 
• Proposes ideas to further digitize, automatize processes and make our supply chain more sustainable. 

FINANCIAL 

• Realizes 'Cost to Serve' IWD/TPW targets in line with company targets. 
• Responsible for Vendor creation of warehouse services providers and consumables suppliers.
• Responsible for PO creation for warehouse services and consumables costs. 
• Approval of the service invoice from the 3PL.  
• Analyzing the costs levels, responsible for 4Wall financial results. 
• Responsible for stock accuracy (differences, damages, etc.). 
• Responsible for cost coverage in Helios.  

CUSTOMER 

• Deliver best in class Customer Service & Quality of Service as a differentiator.
• Increases customer satisfaction by improved quality and delivery performance. 
• Enables Customer Collaboration/Visibility with related markets and Divisions. 

PEOPLE 

• Build effective communication lines and ways of working, between Warehouse management, Transport management and Delivery performance management. 
• Member of the team âWarehouse performance managementâ within the regional Logistics Control Tower. 

Your qualifications

• Bachelorâs degree completed in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering or related.
• Large experience in warehouse, third party management etc.
• Advanced English is needed.
• Leadership skills.
• Lean methodology skills.
• Strategic skills.
