The TLM Quality Technician is responsible for ensuring that equipment is delivered on time and in accordance with operational demands. The TLM Quality Technician improves asset reliability of Product Line equipment and increases asset utilization and efficiency. This person reduces the cost of providing services (CoSD).

Responsibilities

• Assist the Equipment Preparation Leader and Engineer in preparing equipment for work.

• Execute work orders (WOs) as assigned, generally involving non-invasive maintenance related to final preparation of surface and downhole equipment and finished boxes.

• Check the status of equipment certifications and calibrations.

• Perform or assist with final function testing such as calibration, inspection, certification or verification, which may include Wireline Operational Combination Verification, pressure testing, measurement calibration, metrological inspection.

• Perform WOs as assigned through the Computerized Maintenance Management System for the Product Line, ensuring compliance with standard work and the accuracy and integrity of WO data.

• Help prepare and organize necessary documentation related to activities such as calibrations, function tests, material certifications, inspections and, if necessary, quality control and third-party inspections.

• Prepare equipment and associated critical spare parts for shipping and staging to a pre-determined loading location or zone.

• Load equipment onto trucks in the absence of support from basic or operational planning, or from the Operator or Equipment Preparation Technician.

• Adopt a continuous improvement work ethic and participate in initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity in equipment readiness, CoSD and asset utilization through maintenance processes.

• Comply with product line technology lifecycle management standards and competency management system.

Minimum requirements

Complete technical training in Quality, Mechanics, Mechatronics, Electronics or similar.

Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience with maintenance in the well completion area.

Software: Intermediate Microsoft Office

English level: Basic
