The Business Analyst's key function is to work with internal and external clients to determine requirements and to define solutions to address business, process and systems problems, and improvements in the organisation. They act as a liaison among stakeholders in order to understand the structure, policies, and operations of an organisation, and to recommend solutions that enable the organisation to achieve its goals. They take guidance from more senior Business Analysts.

Estamos em busca de um Analista de Negócios altamente motivado para integrar nossa equipe e liderar a implantação do sistema Oracle Cloud â Fusion (módulos financeiros) em múltiplas localizações. O candidato ideal terà paixão pela tecnologia, disposição para aprender a ferramenta e habilidades excepcionais para colaborar com equipes multifuncionais, Ãreas de negócios e fornecedores.

Como serà o seu dia a dia de trabalho?

Sua principal responsabilidade nesta função é prover reforço técnico e funcional para as Ãreas de negócio e consultoria, documentar requisitos e mapear processos em período de projetos de sistemas.  Garantindo que todas as definições do projeto sejam implementadas e entregues aos negócios.

Quais serão as suas responsabilidades?

• Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com equipes multifuncionais, Ãreas de negócios e fornecedores para garantir a entrega bem-sucedida do projeto;
• Identificar e documentar requisitos de negócios;
• Analisar processos existentes e propor melhorias para otimização;
• Fornecer suporte contínuo para garantir a adoção eficaz da ferramenta;
• Responsabilidade funcional para analisar problemas de média e alta complexidade, realizando a condução e propondo soluções relacionadas à entrega;
• Elaboração e validação dos documentos e manuais ferentes as soluções propostas e implementadas;

O que esperamos que você possua?

• Formação acadêmica em Tecnologia da Informação, Administração de Empresas ou Ãrea relacionada;
• Experiência em projetos de implantação de sistemas ERP;
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e capacidade de trabalhar eficazmente em um ambiente multicultural;
• DesejÃvel conhecimento em Gestão de projetos: Waterfall e Ãgil;
• Proficiência em comunicação em inglês;
• Proficiência em comunicação em espanhol;
• DesejÃvel Conhecimento em SQL e bancos de dados;
• Paixão pela tecnologia e disposição para aprender novas ferramentas.

Como você pode se destacar?

• Experiência em projetos de implantação de Sistemas (Oracle Cloud - Fusion)
