Job Description:

Support the Cybersecurity Operations Automation and Orchestration technology across teams and business segments. Additionally, this role is a deep technical subject matter expert that can define and develop technical approach, lifecycle and technology selections to increase Cybersecurity Operations efficiency and accuracy of Incident Detection and Response through the automatic correlation and orchestration of the different technologies and solutions present on the landscape. This is a global role that requires context of how Mars, Inc and all legal entities operate so that technology choices support Business objectives.

• 5+ years work experience in Cybersecurity or related Information Technology areas

• Experience with SIEM Platforms

• Understanding cyber kill chain and mitre Attack lifecycle frameworks

• Scripting experience (e.g. Python, Powershell, bash)

• Understanding of offensive computing/hacker techniques

• Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, Network Layers, etc.).

• Understanding of cloud platforms.

• Strong technical writing and speaking skills.

• Member of Cybersecurity Operations working on the Automation and Orchestration platform.

• Manages the Product development process, working with the various stakeholders and vendors.  Owns the processes governing delivery to ensure implementation to plan. Challenges existing developments and projects on the platform and drives continuous improvement.

• Maintains the overall assigned program delivery plan ensuring that the plan appropriately reflects key project interdependencies and external dependencies. Is responsible for ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery of multiple concurrent projects.

• Ensures that there is a robust process for tracking and reporting risks and issues across projects and that program-relevant risks and issues are communicated and managed appropriately in balanced way accordingly to the planned and confirmed workload with a third party.

• Participate on the Knowledge Management process. Designs and implements a lean and effective process and tool for sharing program knowledge and documents with the appropriate stakeholders.
