Descrição de cargo: Gerente de Projetos de Engenharia 

Responsável pelo desenvolvimento técnico de projetos com investimento na manufatura (CAPEX – acima de R$ 100 milhões); 

Responsável pela gestão de contratos de investimento em parceria com a equipe do jurídico; 

Liderar e dirigir uma equipe multifuncional, incluindo (validação técnica, aquisições, fabricação, TI, desenvolvimento de processos, EHS, manutenção e garantia da qualidade) para garantir a realização dos projetos atendendo às necessidades gerais do negócio; 

Liderar e facilitar discussões abertas entre equipes multifuncionais de projeto, estabelecendo um plano de governança envolvendo o processo de manufatura, supply services, Engenharia e Fornecedores; 

Comunicar as decisões aos responsáveis por cada área da empresa de forma independente (liderar discussões com equipes globais será parte da rotina); 

Responsável pela qualificação e validação de processos, instalações e equipamentos; 

Coordenar o processo de submissão dos documentos necessários a aprovação de investimento (CAPEX) para aprovação local, regional e global; 

Responsável por coordenar e fornecer resposta técnica a RFQs referentes aos projetos de Engenharia; 

Responsável pelo processo de Quality Assurance nos projetos de CAPEX, desde sua concepção, detalhamento dos PCC – Pontos Críticos de Controle da Qualidade; 

Interface com OEMs para relatórios/discussões/negociações técnicas; 

Identificar e selecionar tecnologias/componentes/ecossistemas-chave para as necessidades dos clientes locais – atuar ativamente com melhoria contínua; 

Requisitos: 

Graduação Nível Superior, preferencialmente Engenharia Mecânica, Civil ou Elétrica;  

Sólida experiencia em planejamento e implantação de projetos de grande porte;  

Inglês fluente; 

Sólida experiência com automação de processos para linhas e dispositivos de montagem (processo de sopro); 

Experiência com desenvolvimento de projetos industriais (conceitos de simulações de projetos para garantir viabilidade técnica e financeira para implementação em escala industrial); 

Experiência com gestão e desenvolvimento de equipes; 

Desejável curso de gestão em Projetos, tais como: PMBOOK, 6 SIGMA, SCRUM; 

Desejável conhecimento em técnicas de Manufatura Classe Mundial (Black Belt, Green Belt ou outros);
