PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
SAP Globalization Services supports Intelligent Enterprises to go global and empowers every customer to succeed globally and locally. 
As part of our team, you will be working on developing localization for S/4HANA to meet legal regulations and specific business processes for several countries. 

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
We are looking for someone who can:

•    Lead and develop a well-functioning development team working across multiple scrum teams. Execute all aspects of people management, e.g. plan and manage skill development, set appropriate goals and evaluate performance, coach and mentor team members.
•    Promote and nurture agile development methodologies within the team.
•    Facilitate and ensure high standards and performance within the scrum teams.
•    Performance management grounded in transparent goals and objectives, providing continuous feedback and delivering successful results.
•    Onboard and integrate multiple new hires effectively.
•    Collaborate closely with teams and management across other applications and locations.
     
 

EXPERIENCE (ROLE REQUIREMENTS) 

The skillset and expectations are: 

•    University degree or equivalent, with solid background in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics, Engineering, Physics or Business Administration with a focus on Information Technology 
•    Willingness and ability to quickly acquire understanding in new areas, in business processes as well as in technologies.
•    At least 3 years of experience leading teams
•    Fluent English
•    Constructive and open style of communication
•    Flexibility when dealing with other mentalities & cultures.
•    Excellent teamwork skills
•    Knowledge of Localization for Brazil and/or Latin America
