Atividades e responsabilidades:
Atuao com foco em projetos e processos de Due Diligence trabalhista e previdenciria;
Anlise das rotinas trabalhistas e previdencirias de empresas, a fim de verificar a existncia de riscos, envolvendo: folha de pagamento, benefcios, tributao de INSS, entre outros.
Quantificao de riscos;
Elaborao de relatrios finais;
Competncias profissionais:
Proatividade e disposio para trabalhar em um ambiente dinmico e acelerado;
Agilidade para atuar em atividades com prazos curtos para entrega;
Experincia com atividades de M&A e Due Diligence previdenciria e trabalhista;
Qualificaes
Formao superior completa;
Conhecimentos em Excel e Powerpoint;
Ingls avanado. Fluente ser considerado diferencial;
Desejvel experincia anterior em empresas de consultoria ou auditoria;
Imprescindvel experincia de nvel pleno/senior para essa posio.
