Purpose & Objective of Position

The Premium Hub - Center of Expertise (CoE) within SAP CSS provides the expertise in application and technology areas to deliver high-end advisory and support to our Premium Engagement customers. We guide our customers throughout the entire lifecycle to make the benefits of digital transformation a reality, end to end.

Our work is based on a holistic understanding of our customers’ business and a strong relationship to jointly improve IT & business operations and safeguard their implementation projects. Expectations & Tasks

As CoE Senior Consultant for Supply Execution, you will analyze End to End Logistics Process of our global customers and present the results of your findings and recommendations to IT managers and executives. You have the chance to design and optimize complex IT landscapes, on which our largest customers run their businesses. Your area of responsibility will extend to some of the following tasks:
• Be actively involved in the preparation, conception, realization, and Go Live of customer implementation projects
• Analyze business processes including root cause analysis and technical performance optimization
• Safeguard and Optimize Transportation Management (TM) or Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) processes and solutions in an S/4HANA environment

• Remote / Onsite support in critical customer situations like Global Escalations or War Rooms.

Skills / Competencies

• At least 5 years of experience in SAP TM or SAP EWM as Business consultant.
• At least 3 full implementations of SAP TM or SAP EWM as Business consultant.
• Deep knowledge in SAP TM or SAP EWM, including integration with SAP Business Network for Logistics and other S/4HANA modules.
• Certification in SAP TM or SAP EWM is highly desired.
• Experience integrating SAP TM or SAP EWM with SAP Yard Logistics.
• Experience with ABAP programming and debugging skills, ABAP Enhancements, User Exits and BAdIs is highly desired.
• Well-developed customer focus and problem solving.
• Ability to work under pressure. 
• Good presentation and communication skills for customer facing activities.
• Ready to travel for short assignments.

Education

Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics or equivalent.

Location

Mexico City or Sao Leopoldo (Brazil)

Language Skills

• English - Mandatory proficient spoken and written as we will be supporting customers in all Americas region including LATAM and US
