Nível Acadêmico: Ensino Superior Completo Turno/Horas -- Áreas de Atuação Profissional: TI - Projetos Descrição: Main SkillDigital Marketing - Data & Analytics Specialist – FSR- 5140 Role: Senior Strategic Digital Marketing Data & Analytics Specialist Required QualificationsRequired: 7+ years of experience in digital marketing analytics, with a focus on strategic analysis and insights Advanced proficiency in analytics tools including Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Looker Studio, Qlik, Tableau) Extensive experience with digital marketing platforms across Social Media, Google Ads, Display, and Programmatic advertising Strong background in working with data platforms, lakes, and warehouses (e.g., SnapLogic, Funnel.io, SuperMetrics, Amazon Redshift, BigQuery, Salesforce, Datorama) Proven track record of translating complex data into actionable marketing strategies Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences Strong project management, organizational, and interpersonal skills Experience in scoping, managing, and implementing advanced digital marketing analytics projects, particularly in marketing mix optimization and digital media performance optimization Solid understanding of how data & analytics can drive business impact, with good intuition around advanced analytics and modeling techniques Ability to tell compelling stories using analytics outputs and data from various sources, linking insights to potential business impact Preferred: Experience in global or multi-market digital marketing analytics Advanced knowledge of statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques Proficiency in programming languages such as R or Python for data analysis Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems Main Activities and Responsibilities1. Strategic Analytics Leadership: o Develop and implement Global Digital Marketing Analytics & Data Strategy & Roadmap o Identify and capitalize on emerging digital marketing trends and technologies o Provide strategic insights to inform and enhance global digital marketing initiatives o Engage with regional business owners and global Centers of Excellence to identify, scope, and define advanced analytics use cases 2. Advanced Data Analysis and Visualization: o Conduct in-depth analysis of customer behavior, marketing performance, and web analytics o Create sophisticated dashboards and data visualizations to communicate complex insights o Develop and optimize attribution models to accurately measure campaign effectiveness o Create campaign and website performance reports 3. Campaign Optimization and Performance Measurement: o Design and implement robust measurement strategies for digital campaigns and web properties, including tag management o Lead A/B testing initiatives and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization o Review and test campaigns, analyzing key metrics to identify opportunities for performance improvement 4. Cross-functional Collaboration and Communication: o Present analytical findings and strategic recommendations to colleagues, senior managers, and clients o Lead global initiatives to educate business teams in interpreting and using analytics o Identify data/system challenges and requirements to improve speed to insight and action 5.
