O que buscamos: Buscamos um(a) profissional com perfil analítico e voltado para o negócio, com experiência em mapeamento e melhoria de processos de precificação (Pricing). A pessoa ideal terá atuação estratégica, forte capacidade de análise e comunicação, além de experiência em projetos que envolvam risco, crédito ou liquidez. Atuando no modelo híbrido dentro de 2x na semana no Centro do Rio de Janeiro. Responsabilidades: Atuar no mapeamento de processos de Pricing (end-to-end), identificando oportunidades de melhoria e riscos. Colaborar com stakeholders na construção e priorização do backlog de iniciativas. Facilitar workshops, entrevistas e reuniões de levantamento de requisitos. Produzir documentação objetiva, incluindo processos, requisitos e fluxos. Trabalhar em parceria com times técnicos e de negócio para garantir a aderência das soluções. Requisitos e qualificações: Experiência sólida como Business Analyst em ambientes técnicos. Vivência em projetos de Precificação de Ativos, Risco de Mercado, Crédito ou Liquidez. Domínio em técnicas de mapeamento de processos (BPMN, SIPOC). Experiência com metodologias ágeis (Scrum, Kanban). Conhecimento em ferramentas como Jira, Confluence, Visio e Power BI. Forte capacidade analítica e de comunicação clara. Ensino superior completo em Administração, Engenharia, Economia, Sistemas de Informação ou áreas correlatas. Requisitos Diferenciais: Certificação Green Belt (Lean Six Sigma). Certificação Product Owner (Scrum. org, PMI-ACP ou equivalente). Certificação CBAP ou equivalente em análise de negócios.
