Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning & Forecasting Lead the annual budgeting and long-term financial planning processes. Develop and maintain dynamic financial models to support strategic initiatives. Provide scenario analysis and risk assessments to guide executive decisions. Business Performance Analysis Deliver insightful monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Analyze variances between actuals, forecasts, and budgets, identifying key drivers. Partner with business units to track KPIs and operational metrics. Leadership & Collaboration Manage and mentor a team of FP&A analysts. Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, commercial, and executive teams. Act as a financial advisor to senior leadership, providing strategic recommendations. Process Improvement & Systems Drive automation and optimization of reporting tools and processes. Implement and enhance financial systems (e.g., ERP, BI tools). Ensure data integrity and consistency across financial platforms. Stakeholder Communication Prepare board-level presentations and investor materials. Support M&A activities, including due diligence and integration planning. Liaise with external auditors and consultants as needed.
