Responsabilidades e atribuições

- Operate the company's Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable routines; - Control and perform bank accounts reconciliation between all active accounts of the operation; - Schedule and expedite foreign exchange operations; - Organize and safekeep the company's physical and digital archives; - Prepare financial reports to the company's board; - Coordinate the accounting closing routines (Monthly basis); - Track and register company's CAPEX; - Negotiate with suppliers representing the company's best interests; - Support the company in any Due Diligence and/or Audit operations; - Prepare monthly health insurance deductions to Payroll provider; - Help with administrative routines tied to hiring and dismissal of employees along with the accounting and Payroll provider; - Purchase new equipment and services for the operation; - Support the company in any possible administrative needs tied to the operation.

Requisitos e qualificações
