Criar e executar estratégias de growth para aquisição de talentos, como campanhas patrocinadas e divulgação de vagas. Criar e executar estratégias para aquisição e ativação de usuários em produto de benefícios corporativos. Pensar e implementar iniciativas de eventos offline e parcerias. Colaborar com as áreas de Produto e Marketing para impulsionar as principais metas do funil. Desenvolver ações de engajamento e ativação junto aos clientes. Criar estratégias para aumentar a utilização dos serviços. Entender os comportamentos dos usuários e propor melhorias e comunicações direcionadas. Vivência prévia em empresas do setor de RH. Experiência sólida em negócios B2C. Vivência no desenvolvimento e execução de estratégias de aquisição, ativação e engajamento, com foco em canais digitais e ações offline. Sólida vivência com estratégias de growth marketing e aquisição digital. Visão analítica e capacidade de traçar hipóteses e experimentos. Experiência com planejamento e execução de campanhas de aquisição omnichannel. Disponibilidade para atuar de maneira híbrida em São Paulo, Florianópolis ou Fortaleza. Experiência em aquisição B2C e estruturação de estratégias para esse público. Experiência com ferramentas de mídia paga, CRM e automação. Cases de crescimento com foco em usuários finais.
