About the Team & Role:
In this position, you will play a critical role in transforming our internal digital products.

Your mission will be to develop and refine our in-house service portal, ensuring it is both functional and visually appealing.

Your skill in creating seamless user experiences and robust interfaces will be crucial, significantly impacting our clients who engage with these advanced systems.

Key Responsibilities:
Translate Figma UI designs into intuitive and visually appealing React-based service portal pages.

Develop and implement UI components such as search functionality, virtual agent interfaces, profile management systems, and departmental pages for business application support.

Collaborate with engineers, product developers, and creative agencies to gather and refine requirements for various design aspects.
Work closely with the back-end engineering team to ensure seamless integration and functionality of the service portal pages.
Participate in brand strategy development and assist in creating identity documents, offering technical insights and guidance as needed.

What You Bring:

At least five years of proven experience in UI development with React, demonstrated through a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise.

Proven track record of successful collaboration with renowned creative agencies, contributing to high-impact projects.
Proficiency in key front-end development tools and libraries, including React, Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Webflow.

A passion for developing digital products that are both functional and visually appealing, with a keen eye for detail.

Experience with or a strong interest in brand strategy and identity documentation, with the ability to provide valuable technical insights and direction.

Bonus Points:
Experience with ServiceNow ITSM back-end components and scripting
Experience implementing Auth0 authentication processes
