SiGMA Events refers to a series of global iGaming and emerging tech events organized by SiGMA Group. SiGMA stands for "The Worlds Online Gambling Authority" and initially focused on the iGaming industry in Malta.
Over time, SiGMA has expanded its scope and established itself as a leading international event organizer in the iGaming, blockchain, and emerging technology sectors.
SiGMA events bring together industry professionals, stakeholders, experts, and enthusiasts from around the world to discuss the latest trends, innovations, challenges, and opportunities in the gaming and tech industries.
These events typically feature conferences, exhibitions, networking sessions, panel discussions, keynote speeches, and various other activities aimed at facilitating knowledge sharing, business networking, and collaboration within the industry.
SiGMA events have gained recognition and popularity within the iGaming and tech communities, attracting a diverse range of participants, including operators, affiliates, regulators, suppliers, investors, and service providers.
The events provide a platform for industry professionals to showcase their products, services, and expertise, as well as to foster meaningful connections and partnerships in a dynamic and engaging environment.
We are seeking an experienced Events Manager to join our dynamic team.Responsibilities:
Events & Logistics: Manage all aspects of an event from pre-planning, determining resource needs, pre-event marketing, and on-site coordination, to post-event follow upOrder supplies needed for events and ensure items arrive in a timely fashionAssist in site and vendor selection and negotiating the best possible rates and termsDevelop effective and collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholdersSupervise staff at events, assign duties, and provide general directionConduct post-event data and strategic analysis to inform future eventsPlan and execute pre-event marketingDevelopment of Products for
Sales Team:
Support senior sales teams and sales representatives with the development of new productsAnticipate needs by studying services and conducting market researchCreate and Improve ProductsDetermine Specifications for
Conference Production:
To write the conference program, identify & invite speakers, liaise with speakers to ensure attendance, organize or assist in the organizing of the event, as the case may be and to attend to all matters relating to and/or ancillary to the successful conducting of the event.
Requirement:
Proven experience as an event coordinatorA proven track record of organizing successful eventsProficient in MS OfficeExcellent vendor management skillsKnowledge of basic recruitment practicesOutstanding communication and negotiation abilityWell-organized with multi-tasking skillsAble to handle stress and remain calmProblem-solving abilityA degree in hospitality management, public relations, or a relevant field is preferredBenefits Competitive Salary Package.
