Customer Experience Team is responsible for supporting the creation of an exceptional journey for our customers, based on data analysis, voice of the customer and working closely with internal areas, making every interaction easy, enjoyable and effective.

As a Customer Experience Specialist , you will help create and implement a superior customer experience (CX) that is based on an in-depth analysis of all data available, engaging internal stakeholders to boost customer centric mindset across the company.

In this position, you will...

Be the custodian of customer experience strategy and the voice of the customer;Create business insights by analyzing customer experience data and KPI ́s;Analyze the company's performance through customer experience indicators and establish correlations between data from different sources;Analyze customer insights through data, identifying root causes, and proposing improvement solutions;Develop and govern backlog of process improvements from customer feedback;Promote improvements in processes, projects and cross-area engagement based on data and that impact the customer experience;Maintain data governance, improvements and cross-area projects, ensuring and monitoring execution with an end-to-end approach;Involve and influence areas to understand and use customer insights.

Support the development and execution of customer experience training for different audiences within the company, disseminating the customer-centric culture;Run recognition programs related to customer experience;Perform benchmarking, share best practices and support implementations across AE Region;Provide and structure consistent reports for different audiences;Develop executive presentations and present them to different audiences;Participate in executive meetings and new cross-area projects, providing input on the impact on the customer experience.

Bachelor degree; Postgraduate degree is a differential.4- 6 years or more of experience working in Customer Experience;Be Customer focused and results oriented;Be able to work with different regions;Data-driven and being able to analyze it;Interpersonal relationship and analytical skills are mandatory;Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint;Oral and written communication skills are mandatory;Advanced English is mandatory; Spanish is a plus.
