Job Summary


MonetizeMore's Finance team is looking for a new Finance Administrator to help organize our day-to-day accounting procedures and manage monthly payroll duties.


What you'll do

Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Review payout computations. Recalculate based on total earnings and, revenue share and deductions
  • Prepare and publish a statement of accounts
  • Prepare Mail Merge list for mass notification
  • Maintain accurate records of publisher information, including data entry of new publishers
  • Manage and update payout tracker with payout details and review, payout and statement of account statuses
  • Coordinate and communicate with other departments to set deadlines for various milestones. Follow up as necessary
  • Identify and resolve issues and discrepancies, such as discussing an action plan in the event of a negative publisher balance
  • Streamline processes and procedures for improving finance functions
  • Help with other financerelated tasks

Who you are:

  • Strong spreadsheet skills
  • Has a robust knack for organization or attention to detail
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fastpaced and dynamic working environment
  • Prior experience with Google Docs (considered an asset)
  • Prior experience with Microsoft Dynamics (considered an asset)
