We are on the hunt for a dynamic and proactive Salesforce CG/TPM Technical Leader to oversee leading technically the workshops and Salesforce implementation in an important customer that is implementing Salesforce Consumer Goods (Trade Promotion Management Module).
Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud solutions, focusing on the Trade Promotion Management module.
- Engage with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
- Collaborate with project teams to design, configure, and customize Salesforce CG to meet client needs.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of Salesforce CG implementations through thorough testing and validation.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients post-implementation.
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and Consumer Goods Cloud updates to recommend enhancements and improvements.
- Act as a technical leader within the team, offering mentorship and support to less experienced colleagues.
- Participate in pre-sales activities, including demonstrations, proposal creation, and solution design.
- Experience in Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud implementations.
- Experience with the Trade Promotion Management module is essential.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
