Position Summary

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Textile Graphic Designer, to join our team. As a Textile Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining data in our company's database regarding products and work arts.

This is a 6 month contract. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our records.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fashion or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience as a data entry and as a graphic designer, with tech pack software or license submission platforms.

Technical Knowledge & Hard Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook), Microsoft Teams and Trello.
  • Strong typing skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Familiarity with data entry software and databases.
  • Candidates should have technical knowledge of print, including printing techniques and rotary repeats.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software like Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment
  • Previous experience working with American Clients. Professional English Level.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter data from various sources into our company's database.
  • Upload information on platforms.
  • Creation of keywords related to the graphic design fields that must be reachable by users (graphic designers). When having old catalogs, graphics designers, marketing team and sales must be able to find those catalogs.
  • When uploading new art styles, keywords related to them must be created (using tags).
  • Review if all tasks are done (follow-ups on administrative tasks).
  • Maintain and update existing data records.
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of data entries.
  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies.
  • Assist with data validation and quality control.
  • Generate reports and extract data from the database.
  • Follow data entry procedures and guidelines.
