Key Account Manager I (Aftermarket):
Principais funções e responsabilidades:
- Planejar e realizar visitas periódicas aos clientes e/ou através de outro meio de contato periódico para promover, divulgar e vender produtos no mercado de reposição, com suporte técnico especializado para os distribuidores, varejos e mecânicos, suporte comercial para as áreas de Compras e áreas ligadas as cadeias de suprimentos, dos clientes do mercado de reposição.
- Captar as oportunidades de mercado e interagir com a gerência para estabelecer a estratégia técnico e comercial. Levantar e manter atualizadas informações de potencial de mercado e de clientes.
- Organizar apresentações técnicas e comerciais, visitas à clientes, participar de feiras e eventos, para contribuir com o fortalecimento da marca da empresa e criação de novos negócios.
- Obter o máximo de informações possíveis relacionadas às tendências e planejamentos futuros dos lançamentos do mercado, obter informações adicionais de competidores locais, globais e novos entrantes para preparar a base de dados do planejamento comercial.
- Elaborar o planejamento comercial da empresa, maximizar o atendimento das metas de vendas, garantir a margem mínima de lucro estabelecida e monitorar o faturamento da conta de acordo com a manutenção periódica da programação de vendas.
- Negociar com o cliente a fim de manter a política de preços estabelecida e negociar flutuações diversas de mercado (câmbio, material, mão de obra, etc) para garantir o resultado planejado.
Qualificações mínimas:
- Ensino superior completo em engenharia, administração ou áreas afins.
- Experiência anterior na função.
- Residir na cidade de São Paulo ou regiões próximas.
- Experiência no segmento automotivo será um diferencial.
