Lead Data Analyst - Híbrido em São PauloRequisitos obrigatórios:
- Mais de 2 anos trabalhando em um ambiente de TI ágil com implantação de solução
- Vivência em implementação end-to-end em projetos;
- Experiência em desenvolvimento de integrações de dados em Cloud (mandatório: AWS, desejável: Google Cloud Platform)
- Experiência no desenho de solução de sistemas complexos com uso de dados em larga escala;
- Experiência em Ingestão e processamento de dados;
- Conhecimentos em Bases de dados: Presto, SQL Server, Oracle;
- Experiência com Python;

Responsabilidades:
- Liderar o desenvolvimento e sustentação das soluções de dados com base nas necessidades de negócio;
- Prover expertise em desenho de arquitetura técnica, estratégias e planos para novas soluções;
- Detectar novas fontes de dados e desenvolver processos padronizados para adaptar à solução de dados;
- Habilidades de relacionamento com áreas de negócios, discussões com o pessoal sênior e membros de diferentes times;
- Atuação sólida em Engenharia de Dados, ferramentas de modelagem e desenvolvimento de soluções de extração e integração de dados;
- Definir padrões para documentação e modelagem de dados, melhores práticas e técnicas;
- Imprescindível saber elaborar artefatos de dados como: Glossário de dados, Catálogo de dados, Modelo de dados conceitual, lógico e físico, Business Flow;
- Definir macro entidades, regras de transformação;
- Mapeamento de dados das diversas origens de dados;
- Capacidade de definir uma solução de dados com base nos requisitos de negócio (por exemplo, fluxos de dados, jornadas, etc.);
- Realizar testes e validação de soluções.
