Atividades e Responsabilidades:

  • Liderar e participar de vários projetos de consultoria tributária, oferecendo assistência na identificação de áreas de risco e oportunidades de planejamento sustentável em tributos em todas as etapas de incidência de impostos, ajudando os clientes a cumprir suas obrigações de compliance e seus objetivos de negócios;
  • Experiência, de no mínimo, 7 anos com apuração de tributos (IRPJ, CSLL, ICMS, ICMS ST, IPI, PIS e COFINS);
  • Vivência no cálculo e conciliação tributária de modo a assegurar que o contribuinte esteja em conformidade com todos os requerimentos exigidos pela legislação fiscal;
  • Capacidade de identificar oportunidades nas diversas operações dos segmentos empresariais, com foco na redução do pagamento de tributos, e otimização que gerem economia para a empresa;
  • Desenvolver e manter relacionamentos produtivos com o cliente ao longo do ano. Estabelecer expectativas de valor a ser produzido como resultado.

Qualificações:

  • Graduação completa em Ciências Contábeis, Administração, Economia ou Direito.
  • Desejável Pósgraduação em áreas correlatas.
  • Inglês avançado para conversação e escrita (desejável fluente);
  • Pacote Office desejável Excel avançado e experiência com ERPs;
  • Capacidade de análise; Espírito de equipe, Gerenciamento do tempo, Criatividade e inovação e Resolução de problemas.

Competências:

  • Maturidade e responsabilidade para desempenhar suas atividades (ownership)
  • Experiência em projetos de planejamento tributário, análise e revisão de procedimentos fiscais, levantamento de créditos tributários, elaboração de relatórios e consultas sobre questões tributárias e fiscais e reestruturação de operações;
  • Expertise em elaboração de propostas técnicas e desenvolvimento de novos negócios;
  • Experiência em diversos segmentos como Indústria, Comércio e Serviços e sólidos conhecimentos na área Tributária destes segmentos.
