Responsibilities:

  • Determine project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with crossfunctional teams
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring smooth implementation and timely completion.
  • Lead and coordinate project teams, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment
  • Monitor project progress and identify and resolve any issues or obstacles
  • Successfully implement continuous improvement initiatives using Kaizen methodologies
  • Regularly communicate project status to team members, ensuring transparency and alignment
