Tech lead

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Tech Lead to join our dynamic team. The Tech Lead will play a crucial role in the technical leadership of our development team, guiding technology projects and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions. What you'll do:

• Lead and supervise the development team, providing technical guidance and coaching.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project requirements and goals.
• Actively participate in the development of software solutions, ensuring quality, scalability, and efficiency.
• Manage the software development lifecycle, from conception to implementation and maintenance.
• Perform project development as needed.
• Evaluate and adopt new technologies and best practices to enhance the development process.
• Address complex technical challenges and ensure timely project delivery.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and relevant technological innovations.

• Completed or in-progress bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, System Analysis, or related fields;
• Experience with Git and Docker;
• Strong skills in logical reasoning, communication, leadership, organization, concentration, flexibility, proactivity, and teamwork;

• Experience as a Technical Lead;
• Experience with Symfony;
• Knowledge of Elasticsearch.
