Potenciar las ventas de la tiendaDirigir el equipo para prestar un servicio de atención al cliente excelenteGestionar el stock para minimizar el costeDirigir y motivar el equipo que tendrás a tu cargoProporcionar excelentes estándares en visual merchandisingVelar por el cumplimiento de políticas y procedimientos internos de la empresaGarantizar el cumplimiento de los estándares en prevención y salud laboral

¿Qué buscamos?

Mucha actitud, experiencia y aptitudes: Al menos 3 años de experiencia en puesto similar en el sector retail y/o distribuciónLicenciatura/Diplomatura UniversitariaExperiencia en gestión y motivación de equiposDisponibilidad para cambio de residenciaSe valorará buen nivel de inglés hablado y escritoDinamismo y proactividadExcelentes capacidades comunicativas Primark ofrece un paquete retributivo competitivo, programa de desarrollo y oportunidades increíbles tanto en España como otros países.
