Principais Responsabilidades:
Fomentar encantamento
- Gerar experiência encantadora para os membros e empresas com intuito de superar as expectativas para o ambiente de trabalho.
- Desenvolver formas de aprimorar o relacionamento com membros e empresas e gerar um ambiente denetworking na unidade de trabalho com olhar customer centric.
- Organizar e executar eventos internos de acordo com a necessidade do prédio, bem como supervisionar o budget das linhas de eventos e materiais de promoção; Orientação para novos clientes Recepcionar novos membros e empresas e realizar treinamento de sistemas, fluxo de atendimento, bem como realizar reciclagem periodicamente; Parcerias
- Buscar e sugerir parcerias locais para benefício dos clientes e para eventos internos; Análise de dados
- Analisar os principais indicadores relacionados à área (NPS, Tickets, etc.)
Requisitos Experiência prévia em atendimento e satisfação do cliente; Desejável experiência em eventos; Desejável experiência em negociações; Disponibilidade para atuar 8h por dia presencialmente de segunda a sexta; Conhecimento básico nas ferramentas google (gmail, sheets e etc); Procuramos pessoas comunicativas, curiosas e inovadoras, com sede de aprender; Informações Adicionais:
