Suas atividades como CSixer Organiza e planeja as atividades do RoadMap junto com o PM e PO;Participará do refinamento de tarefas a serem executadas dentro das sprints;Possui autonomia para tarefas de qualquer nível de complexidade, orientando os níveis abaixo;Estará em contato diário com seu time, participando da cerimônia diária para discussão de tarefas e impedimentos, auxiliando os níveis abaixo;Possui autonomia para tomadas de decisões operacionais;Repassar conhecimento aos demais níveis e documentar processos e procedimentos técnicos da área;Participar do revezamento de plantão/oncall;Identificar débitos técnicos da área e propor soluções aos níveis superiores.
